Telephone Banking (TEL-R Connect)
Simply call (813) 800-TRAX or (888) 530-TRAX for 24-hour telephone banking. Access all your credit union accounts — checking, savings, certificates, current rates, and more.
From home, work or cell, call for your credit union account information or transactions any day of the week. TEL-R Connect provides you with FREE, unlimited access to your accounts.
TEL-R Connect Features
- Check your account balances
- Transfer funds between account numbers or account types, be sure to use your 3-digit suffix for accounts (i.e. shares 001)
- Make loan payments
- Obtain account history
- Hear what checks have cleared
- Total your YTD current interest and dividends
Accessing TEL-R Connect
- Call (813) 626-1377 or (800) 769-1424, press 1
- Press 1 for English, or 2 for Spanish menu options
- Enter your account number, and press #
- Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- You will automatically hear your current/available savings and checking balances first. (You may bypass this information by pressing the menu number of the item you wish to access.)
Time-Saving TEL-R Connect Tips
- To play a "Help" message, press 9
- To return to the main menu, press *
- To transfer to a Call Center representative, press 0, then # (during regular business hours only)
- To exit TEL-R Connect, simply hang up

Visa® Gift Cards
Worried about that gift you need to buy? You won't have to when you buy a Visa gift card from Trax Credit Union, available at any of our branch locations.
Cards can be purchased in increments from $25 to $1,000. You can use the card anywhere Visa debit is accepted.
Here are a few things to remember when using the card:
Restaurants, Beauty Salons, Hotels, Car Rental Agencies. It is customary for these and/or travel companies to require an available balance over the purchase amount (usually 25%) to ensure sufficient funds for tips or incidental expenses.
Gas Stations. Using the card at automated fuel dispensers requires at least a minimum balance of $50.00. However, only the actual amount spent will be deducted from the card. You cannot use the card as a PIN based purchase, choose credit.
Online Merchants. The card is not accepted at age restricted on-line merchants or those merchants who use address verification to authenticate purchases.

Can I reload my gift card? Gift cards cannot be reloaded.
What if I lose my card? If the card is lost or stolen call the 24-hour support line at 1-866-244-5360. Refer to the Gift Card Disclosure insert for more detailed information.
Why was my purchase denied? If your purchase is denied it is probably due to the available funds on the card. Please call 1-866-244-5360 for the balance on the card.
