Mortgage Loan Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their loan applications and guiding them through the mortgage process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in financial services and a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Should have excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills, should be Proficient in the loan origination system and Microsoft Outlook, have a strong working knowledge of standard loan products offered by FHA, VA, USDA, & FNMA programs.
- Minimum of 2 years' recent successful mortgage sales experience and you MUST be a registered mortgage loan originator in good standing with NMLS.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze financial data accurately.
- Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations related to lending.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loan application processing.
- Familiarity with escrow processes and contract terms is a plus.
- Builds and develops referral contacts (member referrals, realtors, builders, professional, branch and personal contacts) to generate sales of residential mortgage loans and build a pipeline.
- Assumes overall responsibility for the residential mortgage loan from application to closing.
- Maintains knowledge of available loan products. Originates permanent single family (1-4), FHA, VA, USDA, JUMBO and conventional mortgage loan products (FNMA/FHA/VA, etc.).

Trax Credit Union is seeking a knowledgeable, accomplished Assistant Branch Manager for our Zehryhills branch. Our branch managers are vital to accomplishing our mission of People Helping People so our standards are high. The ideal candidate for this job will have proven sales and leadership skills along with cash handling experience.

- An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a financial institution.
- Proven proficiency in new accounts, consumer lending, and financial transactions.

- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (a plus, but not required).

Full-Time Member Care Advocate
Trax Credit Union is currently seeking a dedicated Member Care Advocate to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise to analyze member payment records and their relationship with our Credit Union. Your key goal will be to devise effective strategies for resolving delinquencies.
As an ideal candidate, you're someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong drive to motivate members to adhere to payment guidelines. Your actions will align with our Credit Union's Mission, Vision, Values, and Pledge to our shareholders.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Develop a strategic action plan to bring delinquent accounts current over time, ensuring alignment with Credit Union policies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of member interaction, including plans for follow-up and resolution of delinquency.
- Apply skip tracing techniques using available tools and agencies.
- Work on recovery of charged-off accounts.
- Use various tools and approaches to resolve delinquencies, such as extensions, skip payments, account locking, and loan consolidation.
- Perform collection duties in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Act and other internal policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The typical schedule is Monday through Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating Fridays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Extended hours and weekends may be required as job duties demand.
