Full-Time Member Care Advocate

Trax Credit Union is currently seeking a dedicated Member Care Advocate to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise to analyze member payment records and their relationship with our Credit Union. Your key goal will be to devise effective strategies for resolving delinquencies.

As an ideal candidate, you're someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong drive to motivate members to adhere to payment guidelines. Your actions will align with our Credit Union's Mission, Vision, Values, and Pledge to our shareholders.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Develop a strategic action plan to bring delinquent accounts current over time, ensuring alignment with Credit Union policies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of member interaction, including plans for follow-up and resolution of delinquency.
  • Apply skip tracing techniques using available tools and agencies.
  • Work on recovery of charged-off accounts.
  • Use various tools and approaches to resolve delinquencies, such as extensions, skip payments, account locking, and loan consolidation.
  • Perform collection duties in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Act and other internal policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The typical schedule is Monday through Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating Fridays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Extended hours and weekends may be required as job duties demand.

Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour    

Part-Time Teller - Plant City

Trax Credit Union currently has an open Teller position. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing excellent service to our members. They should also possess the following:

Desired Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of a financial institution experience
  • 6+ months of Teller experience
  • 6+ months of sales experience over the phone or in-person
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and enthusiasm
  • Transportation to travel to branches
  • Bilingual Spanish/English helpful

Job Type: Part-Time hourly. Applicants must be available to work 29 hours weekly, 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 6 pm Friday, 9 am - 12 pm Saturday.

Salary: Starting at $16.00 per hour
