I had a very nice experience today refinancing my vehicle with Railroad & Industrial Credit Union. They are under renovation and are very organized with compensating for the limited space. Frank Fortner was very helpful and experienced in his field and made it a very easy and pleasing experience. They cut my rate IN HALF! Peter Giorgianni was also a great help with making everything happen. I would HIGHLY suggest using them for financing, a mortgage, or opening an account with them!!!

I have gotten a few Auto Loans at RIFCU. Great experience and I would highly recommend them for an Auto Loans. Their representative Shanna is a true professional. Each time she had gotten a prompt approval, answered all my questions, and made the process easy.

I have been banking with Trax (formally railroad and industrial credit union) for well over 35 years! I have not once had a bad experience. I wanted to compliment my recent experience at the Winthrop Branch as I needed to make two wire transfers, and I also needed to pull some funds out of an IRA account. All of these transactions went as smooth as possible. The only hiccup was my fault for incorrectly, filling out the transfer forms multiple times! lol! The teller that was dealing with me was extremely patient and helpful. I have dealt with Jim, the bank manager multiple times and he is very laid-back, and very easy to conduct business with!

The service and attention to detail from start to finish of my entire loan process was A++++. Ashley S. took very good care of me and went out of her way to ensure the loan process went smooth, she even took time to explain processes to the dealership over the phone when they couldn't figure things out. I highly recommend this credit union and if your lucky to get Ashley S. in the process just know your in good hands.
